The world has been marvelling at Adele’s incredible three stone weight loss.
And it has been claimed the superstar’s new look is mostly down to her own dietary determination because she ‘doesn’t like exercise.’
Adele is said to have stumbled across the help of LA-based ‘Brazilian body wizard’, Camila Goodis, who helped her achieve her enviable figure.

Camila’s online biography says she uses ‘a variety of Pilates and core strength training exercises’.
Speaking to The Sun, the fitness coach claimed the singer’s weight loss is mostly down to dieting because she doesn’t like exercise.
The instructor was introduced to Adele through Robbie Williams’ wife Ayda and even gave them a joint workout in the Angels singer’s LA mansion.
‘I trained Ayda for a long time and it happens that they are good friends so I did Adele when she was there in Robbie’s house,’ 36-year-old Camila said.

‘I don’t believe she liked exercise much but she has changed her lifestyle and I believe that 90 per cent was dieting.’
Camila, who is also a life consultant, said Adele is not currently an actual client but said that her new look trim figure is down to ‘a healthy balanced diet, eating less calories a day and expending more energy.’
According to reports, Adele has enlisted the help of fitness guru Joe Wicks, also known as The Body Coach, and celebrity trainer Dalton Wong, who has worked with the likes of Jennifer Lawrence, to thank for her newly-svelte frame.
The Sun reported that she was doing ‘high intensity’ work outs at home using training videos from the pair.
Back in October, Adele joked that she ‘used to cry but now I sweat’ in an Instagram post, as details of her overhauled fitness regime emerged.
It’s said her huge transformation has been a result of reformer pilates, using weights in the gym, cutting down on sugar and following The Sirtfood Diet, which focuses on plant foods, such as kale and buckwheat – sirtuin activators – which help to suppress appetite and activate the body’s ‘skinny gene’.

Adele’s efforts have seen her lose a reported three stone, with sources telling The Sun in June that her new workout regime has given the vocal talent a ‘new lease of life’, following her split from ex-husband Simon Konecki – who she shares son Angelo, seven, with.
Last week the singer was seen sipping a cocktail out of a large plastic cup as she sat in the sand at Blanchard’s beach shack on Mead’s Bay in Anguilla and ran giggling into the sea, while still wearing her polka dot mini dress.
She looked unrecognisable as she showed off the results of all her hard work while holidaying with fellow A-listers Harry Styles and James Corden.

The vocal powerhouse and Simon first began dating in 2011 and welcomed their son the following year, before tying the knot four years later.
