Ghana international Ishmael Yartey marked his full debut for Hetten in Saudi Arabia with a marque finish on Tuesday night.
Yartey, 30, rattled the back of the net with a rasping drive in the 38th minute to open the scoring at the King Faisal Sport City Stadium.
But, Al-Nojoom – the visitors came from behind to snatch a point from the game by levelling the scoring in first-half stoppage-time and eventually winning the week 16 tie in the second-half.
Yartey displayed awesome skill and artistry as he made light works on two Nojoom defenders before playing a quick link up play with Hetten’s No.10 who returned the pass for the Ghanaian. The former Benfica man thundered the ball home from 25 yards to open the scoring.
The former Ghana U17 international joined Hetten as a free agent after leaving Finnish side KPV where he impressed on a half season spell.
