Woman orders £150 floor length gown online but what arrives looks nothing like the pictures

UK News

A woman has left TikTok users in hysterics after she ordered a stunning $200 floor length gown online – only to discover the product looked nothing like the images in real life.

Anna Dinh, from the US, shared a clip on her account of a model posing in a stunning sparkling blue gown with a lengthy tiered skirt attached, writing: ‘Can’t ever trust ordering dresses online.’

She went on to share a picture as she posed in the $200 (£150) dress she was sent, which was almost completely see-through, lacked shape and had significantly less sparkles.

Others were left in stitches over the gown, which has over 350k likes, with one user commenting: ‘SIS MY JAW DROPPED.’

One commented: ‘I work at a special occasion store and we tell customers they really shouldn’t order online but they don’t believe us and this stuff happens ALL the time.’

Meanwhile another wrote: ‘As a bridal boutique, thankyou for sharing this. The amount of times I have to explain to people that the place you are ordering from did NOT [take] the pic.’
