Hearts of Oak appoint ex-Black Stars player as interim Coach

Accra Hearts of Oak have reportedly appointed former player Laryea Kingson as the interim head Coach.

Kingston has already began work by taking the team through Friday’s training session together with his senior brother and ex-Ghana goalkeeper Richard Kingson who is working as the goalkeepers Coach.

The two ex-Black Stars players will lead the team in Sunday’s League game against Ebusua Dwarfs.

Their appointments comes days after Serbian trainer Kosta Papic left the job to take up the role as head Coach at South African side Black Leopards.

Hearts of Oak have been in crises recently following the resignation of Coach Kosta Papic, assistant Asare Bediako and goalkeepers Coach Ben Owu.

Team manager Sabahn Quaye is also said to have lost his position at the Club.
