The only reason a crowd at a Ghanaian club decided not to pick up money Uncle Vinny threw at them ostensibly for them to pick or catch could be how irrelevant they deemed the amount.
Uncle Vinny is a South African artist who has a lot of following at home.
On his visit to Ghana, he decided to show off how much he’s got at the lavish Bloom Bar by throwing about wards of cedi notes for the crowd to pick.
To his surprise, nobody attempted to catch or even pick up the money. Was the money not huge enough or did Uncle Vinny forget that only the big guys were present at Bloom Bar?
At the Tuesday show, Uncle Vinny clearly did not get the reception he had wished for. Nobody even recognized him let alone outdo each other for his money.

Perhaps, he should have done that stunt in the streets where many of the folks there would be eager and willing to struggle for a few notes.
Until then, it was a great disaster for Uncle Vinny and as a result, South Africans have been dragging him on social media.

@Lady_Khumo added: “Scenes when he goes into the crowd to pick up his money, cos no one gives a shit???”
“Ngl if I was him I’d go pick it up. I can’t lose both my money and pride in one night,” tweeted @nkululekOndlozi.
@JustRayBro doesn’t see Vinny recovering from this. “Some L’s you can never, ever, ever recover from… his is one of them.”
“Shem this kid fell off so bad,” said @ChrisExcel102. “No one even cares about the R13.50 he’s throwing.”
